Foster is a three-year letter winner in men’s basketball. In 1991 he was named Second-Team All-Conference, and in 1992, 1993, and 1994 was First-Team All-Conference, and is a First-Team All-American from 1994. He holds the school record in career assists (893), season assists (255), and assists in a game (18), and is one of the leading scorers in Pioneer history with 593 field goals, 406 free throws, and 1,676 total points. He was a key member of the 1994 Pioneer team that finished the Conference in first place with a 23-9 record and went on to win two games in the NAIA National Tournament.
