Inducted in 2015
After competing in three sports at Lewis & Clark, Jerry Lunsford went on to be the head track and field coach at Payette High School in Idaho for 13 years. His teams won four district championships, two conference titles and four Idaho State Championships, while also finishing runner-up twice. Over a dozen of his pole vaulters have won Idaho state championships, and their success is understandable considering Lunsford has the third-highest mark all-time in the event at Lewis & Clark.
