Awarded posthumously, Charlie Proctor '86 was a long-time employee of the college who started off working in the locker room dispensing gear for all the athletic programs. He helped set up for all of the track meets into his 80's, hauling hurdles and helping to run the track program. He attempted to retire from L&C three times, but could never quite leave. A Scotsman, he was known as a wonderful character who was always around the department and served the track & field program during the Eldon and David Fix years.
